Their monthly trend report shows year-over-year growth in the number of job postings for the last three consecutive months, a trend that holds true for all major industries that they track. The trend also extends to the previous quarter.

Regarding industry trends, manufacturing and information technology were the most promising with 33% and 31% percentage increases in job postings over the quarter. Industries that remain in the doldrums are real estate and media & newspaper, with the lowest number of advertised jobs.
